Frequently asked questions
Who counts as an active learner?
Active employees with the learner role. Admins and instructors don't count, and deactivating someone frees up their seat.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The account becomes read-only until you subscribe to a plan. Nothing is deleted, and learners keep taking courses and receiving certificates.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime, from the plan page. The difference is charged or credited on a prorated basis.
What about data protection?
Tax ID and phone number are optional, and former employees can be anonymized without losing their training history. See the privacy policy.
My company is outside Brazil. Can I use it?
Yes. When you sign up, enter your company's country and tax ID. Billing is in US dollars.
